What we collect

Your email address, if you submit the form. Your answers to the short qualification questions. Standard analytics about how the pages are used: page views, button clicks, UTM parameters, browser and device information. If you pay a reservation, Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. The dinner quiz and the app preview run entirely in your browser; your taps in the quiz or demo are not sent to us. We do not ask for or collect health conditions, symptoms, or medical information on this site, and our analytics is configured to never send events prefixed as health data.

Why we collect it

To hold your founding reservation, to answer your qualification questions, to process a payment or refund, to decide what to build from aggregate funnel numbers, to prevent fraud, and, only with your separate, unticked consent, to send founding-cohort updates by email. Marketing consent and your reservation are two different choices with two different checkboxes; paying or reserving does not sign you up for marketing email.

Where your data goes

We use a small number of processors, each for one job: Stripe for payments, PostHog for analytics and session behavior, Resend for email, Cloudflare for hosting, security and delivery. These providers may process your information in the United States, where it can be subject to US law, including lawful access by US courts or authorities. We only share what each provider needs to do its job, never your quiz answers or health information.

Ad measurement and session replay

Google Ads conversion tags run on the general landing pages and on the payment confirmation page, to record that a visit led to a checkout or a payment. That ping carries only a transaction ID, never your name, email, or answers. Ad tags never run on the quiz, the demo result, or any route that could reflect a health-related answer. We record anonymized session replay of how people use the pages (inputs are masked, so anything you type is hidden) to find broken flows and confusing screens. You'll see a short notice about ad measurement the first time you visit; your choice is remembered, and you can opt out at any time from that notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and reservation record while your reservation or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. If your qualification answers were used to decide something about you, BC privacy law requires us to keep that record for at least one year after the decision. Stripe keeps payment records under its own retention rules and legal obligations, separate from ours. We delete or anonymize data once we no longer need it for these purposes, or for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Your rights

Email [email protected] any time to access, correct, or delete your data: email address, qualification answers, and reservation records, or to withdraw consent. We'll act on it unless we're required to keep something for a lawful reason described above; Stripe's own payment records are outside our control. Reply to any marketing email to be removed from the list, and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
