• What you are buying (Reserve the rate, CAD $15 once): a refundable founding reservation. It locks the founder rate of CAD $15/month (public price CAD $29/month) for as long as your subscription stays active, and the CAD $15 is credited to your first month when access begins.
• What you are buying (Founder cohort, CAD $99 once, 50 seats): everything in Reserve the rate, plus your first year of Opiniyum included (12 months at the founder rate, a CAD $180 value), a roadmap vote, founder-only previews and early builds, feature-request priority, and your name in the credits. After the first year the subscription continues at the locked CAD $15/month while active.
• Estimated delivery: product access for the founding cohort is targeted for early October 2026.
• Launch guarantee: if your access has not started by November 1, 2026, email [email protected] and your payment is refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Cancellation & refunds: any time before your access starts, email [email protected] saying you want your money back and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. After access starts, the payment has been applied to your subscription as described above.
